📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail and wellness outlets across Bali.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer experiences.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, wellness therapists, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with the central office to implement new initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with Kufong Therapy Centre’s values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, sales, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
