Zone Up Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to lead our team in Seminyak. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the team, and driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue in the assigned area.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the management.,Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
