📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the strategic planning and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors.
  • Coordinate with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and report to the General Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff.
  • Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders and clients.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with financial management and reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
