Customer Consultant - Client Engagement & Support Specialist

In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand, engaging with clients and ensuring their needs are met with our premium products. As part of a forward-thinking company, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Daily, you’ll handle customer inquiries, provide expert advice on our product range, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Using tools like CRM systems and our proprietary inventory management software, you’ll be at the heart of our customer service operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Assist in the sales process by promoting our products and driving customer purchases.
• Provide product knowledge and training to sales and customer service teams.
• Use CRM systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
• Monitor customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
• Passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
