📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and financial filings on time.
• Provide financial support to the management team and assist in financial planning and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
