Depot Lestari Fashion is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the structural design and analysis of our projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the structural design and analysis of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.,Review and approve structural drawings and calculations prepared by junior engineers.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.,Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in structural engineering.,Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in structural engineering.,Professional engineering license in Indonesia (SIPP, SIPA, or equivalent).,Proven experience in leading structural engineering projects from conception to completion.,Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, materials, and design codes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in using structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).,Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) software is a plus.
