📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Pick and pack orders accurately using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) like SAP and Oracle.
• Ensure all orders are processed and shipped on time, adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures to prevent injuries and damage.
• Assist in inventory management tasks, including counting and restocking products.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in the warehouse operations to the supervisor.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve warehouse processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using barcode scanners and other warehouse tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well under pressure.
• Fluency in Indonesian, with English skills a bonus for international operations.
