Diamond Sky Indonesia is looking for a talented and dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to secure better pricing and terms.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to travel to supplier locations as needed.
