Conducting job analyses to understand the needs of each position,Creating and managing job postings on various platforms,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels,Conducting initial interviews and assessments,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires,Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline,Providing regular reports on recruitment activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment,Proven track record of successful hiring,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience with remote recruitment is a plus
