📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor sales teams to improve performance and productivity.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
