📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating daily operations activities,Support the operations team in maintaining operational efficiency,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols,Monitor and report on operational performance metrics,Assist in the planning and scheduling of operational activities,Support the operations team in resolving operational issues and challenges,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for operational staff,Support the operations team in maintaining a safe and secure work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with operational software and tools,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
