As an Assistant Outlet Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our outlet and ensuring a positive customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet's daily operations, including stock management and inventory control.,Provide excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Support the sales team by assisting with product demonstrations and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials and displays.,Support the marketing team by assisting with social media and online presence updates.,Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and office software.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
