📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the telesales process by answering customer inquiries and providing product information.,Manage and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.,Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and sales software is desirable.,Proficient in using Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
