Handle all cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving any issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized clinic area, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.,Keep accurate records of all transactions and sales.,Assist in managing the clinic's inventory, ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized.,Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.,Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.,Adhere to the clinic's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role in a healthcare or retail setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people.,Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or training in healthcare customer service a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
