In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, providing personalized support, and ensuring our clients achieve their marketing goals. You’ll work closely with our sales and product teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor client campaigns, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to optimize advertising strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and to understand client objectives and challenges.
• Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advertising technologies, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the product team to identify and communicate new features or updates that can benefit our clients.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and resources to support our clients and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer success, client services, or a similar role within the digital advertising or marketing industry.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, as this is a critical requirement for this position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
