In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Train and develop junior staff members to ensure high standards of service and food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.,Monitor and report on sales performance, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high standards of service and food quality.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and menu development.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role within a reputable company is a plus.
