📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in planning and delivering lesson plans,Monitor student progress and provide feedback,Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance,Organize and maintain student records,Support tutors in managing classroom activities and discipline,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tutor or teaching assistant,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Proficiency in using educational technology and software,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus,Valid teaching certification or equivalent is a plus
