📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance.,Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high standards of service delivery.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts.,Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.,Proven experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
