Salon Eko Restaurant is looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our equipment, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment and machinery.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.,Ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.,Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.,Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.,Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.,Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to address any technical issues.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role, preferably in the food service industry.,Knowledge of restaurant equipment and machinery is a plus.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems is a plus.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (on-site and remote).,Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
