Code Space Corporindo is looking for a motivated Junior GA Staff to join our team in Garut, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth daily activities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the field to gain valuable insights and develop their skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.,Support the reception area by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing mail.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.,Maintain office cleanliness and order, including waste disposal and restocking supplies.,Assist in event planning and coordination, including setting up and breaking down event spaces.,Support the HR department with recruitment activities and onboarding new employees.,Help with the preparation of reports and documents for internal and external use.,Assist in the organization of office meetings and ensure all necessary materials are prepared.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or have a diploma in any field.,Basic knowledge of office administration and computer skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
