📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key accounts for the hotel,Develop and implement account management strategies to drive business growth,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute account plans,Identify and pursue new business opportunities for key accounts,Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing for key accounts,Provide exceptional customer service to key accounts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the hospitality industry,Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts,Strong negotiation and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software,Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
