📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor cash handling and inventory to prevent theft or loss.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in cashiering or related roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.,Proficient in using computer software for financial transactions.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.,High school diploma or equivalent.
