Cemerlang Textile is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the quality control and innovation of our textile products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.,Perform and supervise a variety of textile tests, including but not limited to, colorfastness, tensile strength, and fabric composition.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on textile testing.,Strong knowledge of textile testing methods, instruments, and standards.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of lab technicians.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
