📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running,Manage a team of store staff, providing coaching and mentoring,Develop and implement store strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction,Monitor store performance against set targets and KPIs,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure store goals are met

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to drive sales and improve store performance,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices,Familiarity with retail software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
