📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and pies, according to recipes and customer specifications.,Ensure that all pastries are of the highest quality, both in taste and appearance.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.,Keep up-to-date with the latest pastry trends and techniques.,Work closely with the sales team to understand customer preferences and create custom pastries.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used efficiently.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating delicious and visually appealing pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international pastry trends and techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
