Puskesmas Nanda Auto Service is looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Stock and manage inventory of food items and kitchen supplies.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.,Prepare and maintain daily meal plans and menus.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Collaborate with the Head Chef to improve menu offerings and kitchen efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding food quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy kitchen.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Experience with remote work and digital communication tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
