📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage quality control.
  • Ensuring that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Managing the restaurant's budget and financial performance, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leading and motivating the restaurant staff, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the food and beverage industry.
  • Working closely with the company's management team to ensure that the restaurant's goals and objectives are met.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and the ability to ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and financial software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Ability to work long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
