At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing a team of staff in a high-pressure environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to work well as part of a team and take on leadership roles when necessary.,Ability to use kitchen equipment and prepare food and beverages to a high standard.
