📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, conduct, and manage clinical oncology studies in accordance with international guidelines and regulations.,Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement research protocols.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.,Analyze and interpret data to support research findings and decision-making.,Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.,Provide mentorship and guidance to junior research staff.,Maintain accurate and comprehensive research records and documentation.,Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Master's degree in Clinical Oncology, Pharmacoeconomics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical oncology research, preferably in a multinational setting.,Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory requirements.,Proven track record of conducting and managing clinical trials.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with data analysis tools and statistical software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
