Life Smart Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing the store, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information,Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization,Manage inventory and restock products as needed,Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges,Promote products and participate in sales events,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
