📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical content,Review and edit technical documents to ensure they meet our quality standards,Develop and implement processes and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technical writing,Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a related role,Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
