📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with company goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry trends.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply the skills learned in their daily work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
