As a Cardiovascular Nurse at Bangka Belitung Heart Center, you will be responsible for monitoring and caring for patients with various heart conditions, including those undergoing cardiac surgeries. You will work closely with our team of cardiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and care for patients with heart conditions, including those undergoing cardiac surgeries.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
• Perform routine and emergency procedures, such as ECG, blood pressure monitoring, and IV therapy.
• Document patient care and medical history accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Provide patient education and support to promote recovery and adherence to treatment plans.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiovascular nursing or related field.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Proficiency in using medical equipment such as ECG machines, defibrillators, and blood pressure monitors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and the medical team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
