• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our platform and user data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and industry trends, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the reliability and availability of our platform.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on scalable architectures.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of backend engineers.
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
