As part of our dedicated team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of our suites and villas, as well as providing exceptional butler services to our discerning guests.

In this role, you'll spend your days transforming our guest rooms into immaculate retreats, using state-of-the-art cleaning equipment and premium linen and amenities. You'll also assist guests with their daily needs, from arranging transportation to arranging special experiences, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily and deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and villas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment and products to maintain the luxurious appearance of our accommodations.
• Assist guests with their daily needs, including arranging transportation, reservations, and other requests.
• Provide exceptional butler services, such as preparing special meals, arranging tours and activities, and assisting with any other needs.
• Maintain and restock guest rooms with premium amenities, including towels, toiletries, and other essentials.
• Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
• Follow and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospitality and butler services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, with a strong background in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, products, and techniques, as well as a commitment to using eco-friendly and sustainable practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and demands.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as perform other physical tasks associated with housekeeping.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
