📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Villa Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the villa.
• Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other service departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including linens, toiletries, and other supplies.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Villa Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to manage and train staff effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid IDP (International Diploma in Professionalism) or equivalent certification is a plus.
