📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and maintain Domino's operational standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Lead and participate in store improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Domino's policies.
  • Represent Domino's at community events and other public appearances.
  • Work closely with the regional management team to achieve corporate goals and objectives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the foodservice industry, preferably in a pizza or fast-casual environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of Domino's brand, values, and operational standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and make quick, sound decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Domino's experience is a plus.
